- Items must be returned within 14 days.
- If this time period exceeds, we have to send the parcel back to you and it will incur you $8 return fee.
- Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, no makeup, no deodorant, and no perfume on.
- We have the right to refuse the return of an item if it’s not in the original condition as explained above.
- Any damage incurred during the transit to Kim & Em is the responsibility of the sender.
- We accept returns for FULL PRICED items only. Items purchased on sale/promotion/with a coupon cannot be returned.
- Postage for Returns/Exchange is at buyer’s expense.
- We do not offer refunds. It’s either returns for store credit/exchange.
- We do not offer exchange for change of mind, incorrect sizing and wrong item.
- If you have any questions regarding sizing you can always ask help from us by emailing.
- We do not hold stock for exchanges.
- Store credits are the value of the items only, and do not include postage.
- Our store credits value for one year.
- In an unlikely event if you receive a product with a manufacturing fault please contact us via email – email@example.com
- Wear & tear, loose weaves in delicate fabrics do not fall under manufacturing faults.
- Please allow 3- 5 business days for the return to process.
